2) Press and hold the power button to turn on the device.
3) Press the power button briefly to select the mode.
4) Gently massage for 5 minutes.
5) After use, press and hold the power button to turn off the device.
6) After use, gently wipe the residue on the Therapy Head with a clean wet tissue or soft cloth.
